Stunning Images of the Eclipse – August 12th 2026

There’s no doubt that the recent eclipse caught everybody’s attention as hundreds of people descended on Broadgate in Coventry to witness the near total eclipse of the sun on the 12th of August. Poor Mark certainly had his work cut out distributing free eclipse glasses to the masses!

Other members of the club had other plans. Chairman John had booked his trip to the Balearics well in advance to glimpse totality and had made meticulous preparations to ensure his Dwarf was correctly set up to capture the event. From the images here, the rewards for his efforts are clear to see. Bravo John!
