See the partial solar eclipse in Broadgate – Wed 12th August 2026
6pm – 8.30pm
Join members of the society in Coventry City Centre for a public viewing of the partial solar eclipse. We will be meeting in the Upper Precinct near the Lady Godiva Statue and, weather permitting, you should have a great opportunity to experience the eclipse with knowledgeable astronomers on hand to answer your questions.
Society members will be set up before the eclipse begins, with specialist observing equipment and certified eclipse glasses.
